No more scratching or touching up paintwork!

BTB’s non-scratch pinchweld trimming blades allow easy and safe removal of the remaining urethane adhesive bead from the vehicle pinchweld/body and glass after glass or panel removal, leaving the correct thickness of adhesive for re-bonding. Each of these blades have a special and distinct radius grind cutting edge to the underside, which extends up the vertical wing on the “winged” blades, which avoids any damage to painted pinchwelds.

The BTB Pinchweld Prep Kit Includes:

• Winged anti-scratch pinchweld blades 1/2″, 3/4″, and 1″
• Wide pinchweld preparation blade 1-9/16″ for removing the urethane along the bottom of cars with wide urethane.
• WK7 manual handle
• Hex key for removing and replacing the blades.
